what is the difference between health related fitness and skill related fitness ?

The two components of total fitness, health-related fitness and skill-related fitness, concentrate on separate facets of physical well-being.

Health related fitness:

Focus: Health-related fitness is primarily concerned with an individual's overall health and well-being.

Components: Contains several components that contribute to overall health.

Cardiorespiratory endurance: The ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to working muscles during sustained physical activity.

Muscle strength: The  force that a muscle or muscle group can exert against  resistance.

Muscular Endurance: The ability of a muscle or muscle group to perform repeated contractions over an extended period of time. Flexibility:  range of motion around a joint.

Body composition: The ratio of body fat to muscle mass.

Goal: The goal of health-related fitness is to improve your overall health, reduce your risk of chronic disease, and improve your quality of life.

Skill-Related Fitness:

Focus: Skills-based fitness focuses on improving specific physical skills and performance in a variety of activities and sports.

Components: Contains components essential to the success of a sport or activity. Agility: The ability to change direction quickly and accurately.

Balance: Maintaining balance while standing still or moving.

Coordination: Integrate multiple senses and body parts to perform smooth and efficient movements.

In summary, health-related fitness focuses on overall health and includes elements that contribute to overall well-being. Skill-based fitness, on the other hand,  is  specific to a specific activity or sport and focuses on developing the  skills essential to success in those activities. Both components are important to maintaining a comprehensive and holistic approach to fitness.
